Privacy Policy — Companion YouTube Control

Companion YouTube Control is a private integration used by the operator of the Threshold Unknown YouTube channel to manage the channel's own livestreams through Bitfocus Companion.

Information accessed

With the channel operator's authorization, the integration uses the YouTube API to access information necessary to identify and manage scheduled or active broadcasts, including broadcast identifiers, titles, status, and stream health. It can request livestream-management actions, such as starting or ending broadcasts, on behalf of the authorized operator.

How information is used and stored

Information is used solely to display livestream status and operate the channel's broadcast controls. OAuth credentials and related YouTube API data are handled by the channel operator's Bitfocus Companion installation and its configuration. This website does not collect OAuth credentials or YouTube account data.

Sharing and advertising

The operator does not sell YouTube API data or use it for advertising. This private integration is not offered to outside users.

Access and revocation

The channel operator can disconnect the integration in Bitfocus Companion and revoke its Google Account authorization at Google Account connections. Locally retained credentials and related configuration data can be removed from the Companion installation.
